GTA Online’s Business Rivalries event runs from 3 to 30 September 2026 in four weekly windows, one per business type: Executives, then Bikers, Gunrunners and Nightclub owners. Each week gives away a property, pays GTA$1,000,000 for the weekly challenge, ten times the usual, and discounts one car by 70 per cent. Finish one weekly challenge before 23 September and the Penaud La Coureuse with its Hao’s Special Works upgrade is yours to claim between 24 and 30 September. Here is the full schedule and the order to play it in.
This week: Nightclub owners, 24 to 30 September (final week)
- Free property: the Elysian Island Nightclub, claimed from the Maze Bank Foreclosures site in the phone.
- Weekly challenge: sell GTA$1,000,000 of product across all your businesses for GTA$1,000,000 and the Retro Fruit Tracksuit.
- Bonuses: double Popularity on Nightclub Management Missions, double GTA$ and RP on Nightclub Goods Missions for Yohan and on QuickiePharm Deliveries.
- Event reward: the free Penaud La Coureuse, with its Hao’s Special Works upgrade, for anyone who completed a weekly challenge between 3 and 23 September. Log in by 30 September to claim it.
- Discount: 70 per cent off the Imponte Arbiter GT, GTA$474,000 instead of GTA$1,580,000.
This is the last week of the event, and the one that ties the other three together: the Nightclub’s warehouse fills with the product of your Bunker and MC businesses, so the free club pays more if you claimed the earlier properties. Outside the event, the Ocelot Penetrator is on the podium and the Pegassi Zorrusso is the Prize Ride for winning the LS Car Meet Series four days in a row. Rockstar has not announced what replaces Business Rivalries on 1 October. How do I get the free Penaud La Coureuse?
Complete any one weekly challenge during the first three windows, between 3 and 23 September. Then log in between 24 and 30 September: the Penaud La Coureuse, already fitted with its Hao’s Special Works upgrade, is delivered to your garage. HSW upgrades are normally PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC Enhanced only, and so is this reward.
Which free property is worth taking?
All four, because they cost nothing and each unlocks a line of work. If you only chase money, the ranking is the one in our GTA Online business tier list: the Nightclub, fed by the Bunker and MC businesses, earns the most per hour of real play; the Bunker is second; the Clubhouse alone is worth it for the Contracts, not for the product. Week 4 ties them together, which is why the event ends there.

Yes. A claimed property stays yours; only the claim window closes at the end of its week.

Yes, one per week, GTA$1,000,000 each, on top of the La Coureuse for completing at least one of the first three.
Does the event apply on PS4 and Xbox One?
The bonuses and free properties do. The La Coureuse’s HSW upgrade only exists on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC Enhanced.
