These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern access to and use of the GTAside website, as well as commercial interactions conducted through this site, particularly via affiliate links in the Shop section.
GTAside is an independent fan site dedicated to the Grand Theft Auto franchise. It is neither official nor affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. The site generates revenue through affiliate programmes with third-party resellers (Instant Gaming, Amazon) and through advertising served by Google AdSense.
GTAside is freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection. All costs necessary to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection) are the responsibility of the user.
The editor reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, without notice, particularly for maintenance or technical development reasons.
The site is published in English.
GTAside participates in affiliate programmes with third-party resellers. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, GTAside receives a commission paid by the reseller.
Other merchants shown in our price comparisons (such as Eneba, Kinguin or CDKeys) are listed for information only: GTAside has no affiliate agreement with them and earns no commission on those purchases.
Advertising: GTAside may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by Google, identified as advertising, and do not imply any endorsement by GTAside. Advertising cookies are only used with your consent where the law requires it (see our Privacy Policy).
Price transparency: affiliate links do not in any way modify the price paid by the user. You buy at the same price as going directly to the merchant's website. The commission is entirely paid by the seller.
Identification: in accordance with DGCCRF recommendations and legal obligations regarding non-deceptive advertising, all affiliate links on GTAside are clearly identified with the mention "Affiliate link" or "Affiliate link".
Editorial independence: affiliate commissions do not influence GTAside's editorial content. Guides, rankings and recommendations are established independently, based on objective criteria (popularity, value for money, seller reliability).
The GTAside Shop section presents product recommendations (video games, gaming accessories, subscriptions, virtual currency) for informational purposes. GTAside is not a trader and does not sell any products directly.
Indicative prices: prices displayed on GTAside are given as an indication and may not reflect the actual price at the time of your consultation. Always check the final price on the merchant's site before any purchase.
Shark Cards and virtual currency: Shark Cards are official Rockstar Games/Take-Two Interactive products. GTAside does not sell these products directly. Links redirect to official or authorised resellers.
Availability: GTAside does not guarantee the availability of presented products. As GTA 6 has not yet been released at the date of publication of these T&Cs, prices displayed for this game are estimates based on prices charged for comparable games.
All editorial content of GTAside, texts, guides, analyses, rankings, source code, layout, is the exclusive property of the site editor and is protected by French and international copyright law.
Permitted use: you are authorised to consult, share links to GTAside and quote short extracts (maximum 3 sentences) with explicit attribution and a link to the source.
Prohibited use: any integral or substantial reproduction of content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited, including for commercial purposes or by automated tools (scraping, crawling).
The names, logos and visual elements Grand Theft Auto, GTA, GTA VI, GTA Online, Vice City, Rockstar Games are registered trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Their use on GTAside is made in an informational and commentary context, in accordance with quotation law.
By subscribing to the GTAside newsletter, you expressly consent to receiving electronic communications relating to GTA news, guides, release alerts and offers selected by GTAside.
Frequency: GTAside commits to not sending excessive communications. Sending frequency varies according to news, not exceeding weekly frequency outside periods of intense news (game release, major events).
Unsubscription: you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscription link in each email or by contacting contact@gtaside.com. Unsubscription is immediate and unconditional.
Technical email sending management is provided by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a French company. Your data is not transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes. Consult the Brevo privacy policy.
GTAside is provided "as is". The editor strives to keep information up-to-date and accurate, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all content.

The user acknowledges using GTAside at their own responsibility and accepts that published information, particularly game guides and strategies, may become obsolete following game updates.
The processing of personal data collected via GTAside is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data collected: email address (newsletter subscription), browsing data (analytical cookies via Google Analytics).
Your rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability. Exercise these rights at contact@gtaside.com. Response within 30 days in accordance with the GDPR.
GTAside reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Modifications take effect upon their publication on this page. The date of last update is indicated at the top of the page.
It is your responsibility to consult this page regularly. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
In case of substantial modification (particularly relating to affiliate practices or data collection), users subscribed to the newsletter will be informed by email.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution before any judicial recourse.
