GTA London 1969 has four chapters and more than 30 missions. You start by stealing a scooter, work for Harold Cartwright, move up to jobs such as stealing the Crown Jewels, and end up working for the Crisp Twins, London's top gangsters, who send you after rival Lenny Smith and your first boss, Harold Cartwright.
| Chapter | What happens |
|---|---|
1. Boys Will Be Thieves | Steal a Mod scooter, then meet Harold Cartwright |
2. Mods and Sods | Jobs for Harold Cartwright, ending with Jack Parkinson |
3. Chelsea Smile | Bigger jobs, including the Crown Jewels, ending with the Crisp Twins |
4. Dead Certainty | Working for the Crisp Twins: Lenny Smith's gang and Harold Cartwright |
Chapter names and their order match across the walkthroughs we checked. The count ranges from 32 to 43 depending on what is treated as a mission, so we say more than 30.
| Character | Role |
|---|---|
Harold Cartwright | Your first boss, later hunted down on the Crisp Twins' orders |
Jack Parkinson | Middleman met at the end of chapter 2 |
The Crisp Twins | Albert and Archie, London's top gangsters |
Lenny Smith | Rival gang boss, killed in chapter 4 |
Hans Nemesis | Villain in a spy-film style job |
Among Harold Cartwright's jobs: kidnapping football players, dealing with Mod drug dealers and delivering three Beagle cars to Jack Parkinson.
The jobs get bigger: kidnapping tourists at Big Ben, holding a noble for ransom, stealing used bank notes and stealing the Crown Jewels from the Tower of London. The chapter ends with a meeting with the Crisp Twins.
Working for the twins, you wipe out Lenny Smith's gang and kill Lenny, then hunt down and kill Harold Cartwright.
