The best-paying assets in GTA San Andreas are Verdant Meadows airfield, which costs $80,000 and pays $10,000 a day, and the Johnson House in Grove Street, which pays up to $10,000 for free depending on how much territory your gang holds. Ten assets earn money, but only three are for sale; the rest open when you finish a side job.

Each asset builds up cash at its pickup point, up to its daily maximum, and waits for you to collect it. The three assets you pay for, Verdant Meadows, Wang Cars and Zero RC, cost $160,000 together, and all ten assets can bring in up to $45,000 a day. Of the three, Zero RC pays back fastest, in six days, and Verdant Meadows is the one the story requires.

San Andreas has 37 places to save: 29 safehouses for sale, costing $879,000 in all, and 8 unlocked by the story. Hashbury in San Fierro has the biggest garage you can buy, four vehicles for $40,000. The garages of Palomino Creek and Prickle Pine could not be confirmed, so those are marked rather than guessed.
