GTA 2 Cheat Codes for PC, PlayStation and Dreamcast

All the GTA 2 cheat codes for PC, then PlayStation and Dreamcast below. Nothing works on PC until you unlock cheat mode: enter GOURANGA as your player name and confirm it, then replace the name with the code you want and confirm again.

Repeat for each extra code. The PlayStation and Dreamcast versions skip GOURANGA and use their own codes, listed further down. Spellings and effects of GTA 2 codes are often garbled, so this page only keeps codes whose spelling and effect are certain. The first game used name entry too: see the GTA 1 codes.

BUCKFAST, BEEFCAKE and COOLBOY also circulate for PC, but their effect could not be confirmed, so they are left out.

GTA 2 Cheat Codes for PlayStation

No GOURANGA step on PlayStation: type the code as your player name and it works straight away. None of the PC codes do anything here, apart from MUCHCASH and LOSEFEDS, which exist on both.

GTA 2 Cheat Codes for Dreamcast

The Dreamcast version has a third list, also entered as the player name without GOURANGA. MUCHCASH is the only code that works on all three versions.
