GTA Vice City Tips, Cheat Codes & Guides
Vice City's tips come down to two lists every player ends up looking for: the cheat codes and the 100 hidden packages. One gives you everything at once, the other earns it for good.
Cheat Codes
On PC, Vice City's cheats are typed during play, with no console or menu, on the 2002 original as on the Definitive Edition. They cover health and armour, three weapon sets, vehicles from the Rhino tank to the Hotring Racer, the weather, the traffic, and the character skins the game is remembered for. The cheat codes page has them all.
The 100 Hidden Packages
The hidden packages are small green statues spread across Vice City. Each one pays $100, every ten unlock a new weapon or vehicle at your safehouses, and the hundredth adds $100,000 and a Hunter attack helicopter.
The rewards appear at three safehouses, the Ocean View Hotel, the Vercetti Estate and the Hyman Condo, and they stay there for good: once collected, the packages keep you in free heavy weapons for the rest of the game. The hidden packages page lists every reward and how to find the packages.
