Ma Cipriani is Toni Cipriani's mother and the owner of Momma's Restaurante in Saint Mark's, Portland. Never satisfied with her son, she gives him missions in Liberty City Stories (2005), puts a hit on him, then calls it off once he is made. Sondra James voices her in Liberty City Stories and GTA III.
Ma Cipriani opened her restaurant in 1968. A widow, she constantly compares Toni to his late father, and lost touch with him while he spent years in hiding after killing a made man. She is almost never seen: in Dead Meat she appears once, inside a Leone Sentinel. More on Toni Cipriani.

The tribute paid by Liberty City to the Sicilian Mafia has dried up.
