Johnny Klebitz is the protagonist of GTA IV: The Lost and Damned (2009), the vice-president of the Lost motorcycle club in Alderney, voiced by Scott Hill. He fights to hold the club together against its own president, Billy Grey, while crossing paths with Niko Bellic. He returns in GTA V, where Trevor Philips kills him in Trevor's first mission.

The vice-president of the Lost, who ran the club and kept a truce with the rival Angels of Death while its president, Billy Grey, was in rehab. When Billy returns, he breaks the truce and starts a war, and Johnny increasingly questions his orders.
Billy sets Johnny up with the Triads over stolen heroin, and is arrested in the chaos. Johnny takes over as president and faces a civil war inside the club, started by Billy's loyalist Brian Jeremy. To raise money he works with Elizabeta Torres and helps his ex-girlfriend Ashley pay her debts to Dimitri Rascalov. A diamond deal for Ray Boccino goes wrong, and his best friend Jim Fitzgerald is killed. When Billy plans to testify against the Lost, Johnny attacks the prison and kills him, then burns down the ruined clubhouse and steps back to support Jim's family.

Their stories overlap several times. Johnny oversees a heroin deal alongside Niko that turns out to be a police bust, and later a diamond exchange that Luis Lopez ambushes. Each event is shown from the other characters' point of view in GTA IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony.
He appears in Trevor Philips' first mission, Mr. Philips, now living in Blaine County. He confronts Trevor about Ashley, and Trevor kills him on the spot. TheGamer called it a scene that exists to show how violent Trevor is.
