The Ballad of Gay Tony characters and the GTA 4 characters. Both episodes were released together as Episodes from Liberty City, which does not require GTA IV. The city is the same as in GTA IV: see our GTA 4 map.
Ashley Butler is Johnny Klebitz's drug-addicted ex-girlfriend in The Lost and Damned (2009), and the link between The Lost and the Pegorino family. Her debts pull Johnny into the story of GTA IV, including Roman Bellic's kidnapping. She also appears in GTA IV and GTA V. Traci Godfrey voices her.

Johnny broke up with Ashley because of her addictions and infidelity. In Coming Down, she calls him and he rescues her from armed dealers in North Algonquin. She is also involved with Ray Boccino, a capo of the Pegorino family.
Ashley owes money to Dimitri Rascalov. To settle it, Johnny and Malc kidnap Roman Bellic in Roman's Holiday, the same kidnapping seen in GTA IV. More on Dimitri Rascalov.
In Was It Worth It?, Ashley warns Johnny that Ray sent hitmen, then tells him Jim is dead and that Billy is the real problem, suggesting he call Congressman Stubbs. Johnny cuts ties with her in the epilogue. She survives the episode. More on Jim Fitzgerald.
Billy Grey is the president of The Lost MC's Alderney chapter and the main antagonist of The Lost and Damned (2009). Back from rehab, he restarts the war with the Angels of Death, sets Johnny Klebitz up, and plans to testify against his own club. Johnny kills him in the final mission. Lou Sumrall voices him.

Billy was convicted of a drug-related felony and sent to rehab, and Johnny Klebitz led the club while he was away. During that time, Johnny gave Billy's bike to the Angels of Death, and Billy wants it back. More on Johnny Klebitz.
